Joint Sealant
The moisture cured systems previously used
for joint sealing and crack repair were
unacceptable. Ureathanes were too
soft and did not prevent joint facia
spalling with forklift traffic. Epoxy
systems easily withstood the forklift
traffic but debonded when slight
slab deflection occurred, both
systems took many hours to cure!
The Solution

Our joint sealants solve the problems of the
past by combining high elongation (500%),
a shore hardness of 80A and rapid curing (1hour).
The combination of these physical properties
allow SL/75 to both withstand forklift tire
impacting and prevent debonding when minimal
slab deflection occurs.
